What are the best systems for managing social media for small businesses?  There seem to be options to outsource the entire thing offshore, or manage through a platform like Buffer, or fly solo and manage it yourself.  I know its important to have your own voice and branding, but is there anything that people are finding really helpful to ensure consistency and overall management while not losing your uniqueness?

Even with software, voice and brand are on you to integrate into your posts. Sure software will help you with automated posting and maybe engaging with others, but the key part is knowing what you want to project onto the market (and knowing it resonates with your target audience).

Until that's sorted, all platforms/offshore agencies/assistants in the world will not help you.
